Fred and Gloria have had lots of fun playing in the snow we've gotten over the past week and a half.
They've done the basset hound dance.........
Gloria tried to catch snowflakes on her tongue......
"Geez Gloria, it's not even snowing!" "Got a little bit of 'tard in ya there, do ya!"
They've eaten snow. (thankfully just the white stuff)
And when Gloria's had enough of Fred,
she lets him know it and goes and sits by the back door.
Freddie tries to shake it off.
Then into the house they go to pass out.
Now that's what I like to see!! :)
So glad you got snow, and that it tuckered you guys out!
ReplyDeleteThey are quite a pair, and you know how to catch their looks!
ReplyDeleteThat snow does look fun - ours has all gone now and we can see the bulb shoots coming through - woofs & licks from Magic xx

Gloria at the door "tired" of Fred cracked me up! Play is wonderful - have had much the last several days between Justus and Snowy and now, Justus, Snowy, Tigger and Earnhardt...whew but all sleep well at night :). Sweet bassets, sweet dreams!
ReplyDeleteI once drove across Ontario, in december, on my way to visit my son in Michican. What I remember most was lots of beautiful farm land and lots and lots of snow.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pair...and there's nothing better than 2 passed out pups (well in my case 3 passed out pups) thanks for the morning giggle.
ReplyDeleteLove your dance, my friends!
ReplyDeleteHey, can I join in too? That sure looks fun, although the best is when it's time for a wee snooze - contentment. -x-
ReplyDeleteGreat dance!
ReplyDeleteDachshund Nola
I LOVE the DANCE!!!!
ReplyDeleteHow more cute can those two be? Dancing in the snow....then that look on Gloria's face when she got tired of Freddie. Oh such an expression! Lastly the tired out, flop on the couch time...good thing you have a real couch and not a loveseat or there would be some drawing of straws as to who would get the spot!
ReplyDeleteThose two really have some cute photo sessions. We love their expressions.

Can Fred and Gloria get any cuter snuggling/hogging the couch? love it!
ReplyDeleteWe still have no snow but its raining and again muddy:(
ReplyDeleteSo glad Fred and Gloria got a little snow. Love that picture of them all "wiped out" after the fun.
ReplyDeleteI'm so jealous that you guys got snow. I haven't had any to play in since early December.
ReplyDeleteThis makes me wish we had snow. And, I may or may not have made a high pitch baby talk noise when I saw the last photo of Fred and Gloria sleeping.
ReplyDeleteFred and Gloria look like they had a blast in the snow! Keep on playing!
ReplyDeleteI don't like snow, but I like watching y'all playing in it! I BOL at Gloria trying to catch snowflakes....even though there were none falling!!! HAHA!
