Fred's Leg

Fred's leg is fine.  After resting up Sunday and limiting his running (particularly on ice) his leg is now fine.  But of course Mr. Dramatica is trying to milk it for all it's worth.

"Can you get me my bone Momma?"

"Get it yourself Fred. There's nothing wrong with you."

"I can't reach Momma."

"Pleasssseee! Momma!"

"I guess I'll just lay here in the window and watch the world go by." Sigh!!

"Will I ever run free in the outdoors again Momma?"

"Can you get me a drink Momma?"

"No Fred, there's nothing wrong with you."

"Maybe some kibble, or t-bone steak?"

"For the last time Freddie!  There...is...nothing...wrong...with...YOU!!" "You jumped up on the couch didn't you?"

"Phhhttt!!!"

"Gawd! Freddie your such a baby!"

  1. Fred, you are a riot. You are just milking that sore leg, aren't you.Looks like that mean Mom is not going to wait on you, so you had better get up off your duff and get going. Hope all of you have a great Tues.

  2. Fred us guys have to stick together - right!!! We endure sooooo much and I guess even a smile (love it) does not work.

My Kirra just flashes her eyelashes- and I come running. Perhaps you could give this a try - one day.

    Love from Kirra -x-

  17. Hey Freddi, your human is about as sympathetic as mine these days. I can't get her to give me anything I want. The problem is, I havn't got the "Pitty" look down like you have. You have truly mastered "The Look" I dare say you have "The Face" of all faces.

You make me and My Vickie laugh....

  26. OMG, Freddie can sure play the injured party! He has such an expressive face.

  27. Aww, Fred I'm so glad you're doing well. It's funny how animals know to prolong an injury to get attention. My brother and his wife have a cat that did that and just as they were thinking of bringing him back to the vet my brother saw him walking just fine until the cat saw him and started limping again hahaha!

(Glad to hear you are feeling better, pal.)

  36. Freddie, I would do that too if I could get a T-bone steak out of it - but I think your person knows you too well.

  37. Hi Fred, you are simply the greatest and the pictures your Mom takes, as well as the comments, can barely be topped.
