Monday Mischief - It's Still All About The Big Brown Comfy Chair

Fred and Gloria still fight over the big brown chair.  Fred has no problem letting Gloria sleep in it.......as long as he doesn't want it.

But as soon as he does, he just starts to stare her down and whine. Oh, it gets quite irritating.


Poor Gloria tries to ignore him.


 But the whining just keeps getting louder until even she can't take it.


Aaaaannnnd........snap!


Freddie wins again!

We also received two more awards.  The Very Inspiring Blogger Award from our buddy Jet.

                                                        

And another Sunshine Award from the cute doodle brothers Murphy and Stanley.

                                                        

Thank you both so much!  since we are accumulating so many awards and would like to do them all justice, I am going to create an awards page just so we can show them off display them all.  :)

    Well, this sounds so familiar, Gracie does the same thing to Schatzie if Schatzie is on "her" bed. The whining drives me crazy!!

    lol! at least he doesn't do what rocket does...whenever yuki does not want to move from 'his' spot, rocket will sit on top of her with all his weight until she can't take it anymore and moves.

    That is a funny story and I can tell a similar one.....In our basement we have a big screen TV for watching movies. It's a small room actually, so all we have are two leather recliners for viewing the screen (there's just the two of us 99% of the time). Jimmy and Wilson always come down with us when it's movie time. They love the extra-cool temps in the basement, and movies are when they each get a "chew". After inhaling the chews, they usually go to sleep. About mid-way through the movie, Wilson decides he's had enough of the hard floor and comes and sits in front of my chair just like Freddie does. He doesn't whine, but just stares me in the eyes until I relent. The second I stand up he grabs my chair! I watch the rest of the movie from the floor. Oh, the things we do for our dogs!

    Pallo tries that same method of getting the cat, Martha, to move. What normally ends up happening though is that he gets so annoying that I move the cat, just so he will shut up!

    Oh, we have couch jockeying here all the time! If Bunny wants her spot on the couch back, she is quite indignant until she gets it back, but usually the one she makes move is my husband! lol
