Christmas Ornament #21

This is the only Christmas ornament I have left that was my Grandmother's. The rest have all gotten broken over the years.  I used to love seeing her tree when I was little as it was one of those fake silver ones and I just thought it was so beautiful! Like fancy smancy beautiful!

  16. We had an aluminum tree when I was growing up and I thought we were quite the family for having it. We even had one of the color changing electric wheel lights (I'm sure there's a better term for it than that) that made it look like it changed colors. I have truly enjoyed this ornament series. Thank you for sharing your special memories.

  23. I would love to get one of those old silver trees and put antique glass ornaments on it. Those old ornaments are so pretty, but so fragile! Your Grandmother's ornament is beautiful.
