These glow in the dark icicles were on our tree when I lived at home. My Mother bought them in the early 1970's. I'm sure from K-tel or something similar. Since my Mother's passing I have put them on our tree. I used to think they were corny, but now I love them!
My MOM just told me that her Grannymom had those onher tree as well. You have brought back som fond memories for my MOM. I think she has a tear in her eye.

Ohhhhhhh, Mom & Dad just love looking at your or-ne-ments, we think there are so pretty, Bites would like to chase some around the floor for you, we told him NO, they bare too precious. Dad wants to know, did you ever have any of the tree lights with long glass filled with liquid that bubbled? Ours finally gave out about two years ago!
