Christmas Ornament #15

Yesterday I screwed up and had the ornament at #13 instead of #14. I blame it on menopause as I do everything. I tried correcting it but had no internet AGAIN until last night. grrr!! It is now corrected.  If I have seemed sporadic in commenting it is because my internet connection has been sporadic which in turn is causing me to break out in excessive hot flashes from stress.  Last night when I was about to spend another long intimate night on the phone with Bell Canada, my connection suddenly came on so I just hung up the phone and went with it!  Sometimes I just can't bear to be on the phone with these companies.  Anywho..........I present Christmas Ornament #15!

This Christmas Santa ornament has a  paper mache, modge podge kind of body.  I just love him.  We got this ornament at the Mary Maxim store in Paris , Ontario while shopping with my parents earlier in the year before my Mom passed away.  We went there with my Mom as she had a gift certificate to use that we had given her the previous Christmas.  She bought a beautiful rose afghan kit.  She started the afghan before she passed away and I still have it but sadly not the talent to finish it.

  2. What a special ornament...as are all of your ornaments. I know I keep saying it, but I love this series. You better get up a photo of Freddie though, or I fear for the fabric and paper items in your home.

  7. Yep here it goes something like this, press 1 to speak to someone who does not care , press 5 to blow up, press 7 to have a nervous breakdown and press 9 to go into meltdown. Sure it is the same over there. Have a super Saturday.
    Best wishes Molly

  13. Hey Fred, Hey Gloria, Jet here. Hi Miss Janet.

Mr. Bell Canada seems as aggravating as Mr. ATT in the tropics! So sorry for your spotty service... seems to be a trend around blogville of late. Uh... do you think we were contagious?

We continue to enjoy reading the history of your ornaments, thank you.

Mom blames her current fever partly on the "M" thingie too... she's not sure if she's hot from that, her fever, or... the fact that it's 80 + outside!

  16. You should see if there is a knitting/crocheting club in your area that could finish it for you. Just ask a sewing store if they know of any.

    What a pretty ornament.
