"Is it Friday yet?"
"Yes Freddie, thank God it's Friday!"
Tonight we're curling up downstairs by the fire and watching old black and white movies.
Fred will eventually lay down.
This seems to be his spot of choice lately when we're downstairs.
Gloria likes to lay by the fire.
And our main course tonight..............
JUNK! And lots of it! That black ball is an avocado. I'll make some guacamole just to add a healthy twist and maybe even have a piece of dark chocolate. What's not pictured here is our all time favorite that we will also be indulging in......chip and dip! We be washing it all down with a big pot of tea.

What a great Friday On a work week I am usually so tired that on friday i fall asleep by 8. Your food list sounds great. We like to watch old tv shows and movies on saturday night and we have food Icook or junk and drink wine and the dogs cuddle with us my husband pretty early goes to bed so usually I stay up alone with the dogs

ReplyDeleteFurst of all, my mom and I love Basset Hounds! Second, my mom and I love the main picture of your long, long, long Bassets! My mom loved Bassets so much that she decided she had to have a Basset-like dog, a coon hound, and the rest is history! I love Fridays too because my mom lets me have extra Alpo (I know it's bad fur me but still) and then she sits down and catches up on her favorite show, Mad Men.

This was a huge HUMPHHHH week for the humans and I because we felt very unmotivated and were not doing much. Thanks for sharing this. I love nights when the furry friends and their humans can completely unwind and do nothing but bond over junk food and some black and white. Perfect way to end the week!!!!!:):)
