Monday Mischief - Dirty Laundry

Fred didn't seem to want me doing any housework on the weekend. That's fine by me but geesh! Just say so, don't create more! When doing the dishes, everytime I put the tea towel down whether on the counter or back of a chair.....

he was on it like a bee to honey!

So I'd have to ignore him and go get another one.

And just once I'd like to bring my laundry basket of clean clothes upstairs to fold and have it all stay clean and slobber free.

Here he has stolen a t-shirt and face cloth.

Then there's the once clean towels. He just steals the stuff and then lays on it!  By the time I go around and collect all the items Freddie has stolen I practically have a whole other load to wash!

  1. I think he just wants to help you dry the dishes and fold the washing. Shame about that 'thumb' issue though. I guess he'll just have to lie on them instead to get them as flat as possible and save on the ironing.

  3. LOL Fred sure is one of a kind. Doesn't he know that less work for you means more time to play with him?

  4. Hmmm......maybe he wants to learn to do laundry?

  6. Oh Fred are you just trying to help...or is it too good a game to give up? Peeps never do like us playing with their laundry I can't think why - woofs and licks from Magic xx

  7. I think Fred said,"Mom, it's time to play NOT to work! Don't you think I'm more important than the washing-up?"

    LOL!

  13. Clean laundry is a definite magnet. It's particularly appealing when warm from the dryer. However, Indy doesn't steal the laundry. He simply climbs on top of the pile and snuggles it all!

  15. We like laundry too! Maybe we can all get together and play in the laundry! Our favorites are bath towels and running clothes. Stanley loves the running clothes! We think Freddie is providing a service. Good job Freddie!

  16. Aw...you naughty dog Fred!!
You should be helping your mom, not making her works add up.

But I should praise your work...that's a great mischief!!

  22. I, Daisy, love dirty laundry. I sleep on it. SHE thinks it's funny when I curl up on one sock. Come to think of it, I love clean laundry, too--not that it stays clean after I've slept on it!

  27. Now that's funny! I love to hide my bones in the laundry hamper. I laugh when Mommy goes to put the clean laundry away and she finds my bones tucked deep inside the undies.

    Happy Monday!
